• After purchasing the VIP data bundle service, your data allocation may take up to 7 days to be processed.
• You cannot reverse your purchase during the 7-day data allocation waiting period.
• If you haven't received your data after 7 days, you have the option to request a reversal. To do so:

- Include your phone number in the message so that we can process your request by providing the voucher pin/Airtime for reversal.
